Canadian Experience Class

Requirement to be eligible for the Canadian Experience Class are as follows;

• 12 months of full-time paid work experience in a NOC 0, A or B occupation in the last 3 years
• Have gained the work experience in Canada (post graduation for students) with the proper authorisation (post graduation work permit for students)
• Work experience in Quebec is allowed but self-employed work or work while waiting for a refugee decision is not allowed
• Proof of language proficiency through an approved test. NOC 0 and A – CLB 7. NOC B – CLB 5
• Proof of settlement funds not necessary
